This event aims to foster a deeper connection between individuals and the natural environment of Zakynthos.  By engaging in mindful movement and open dialogue, participants will explore the significance of protected areas and the collective responsibility in preserving them.  The event aligns with the European Day of Parks 2025 theme, "Together for Nature," emphasizing the importance of partnerships in sustaining healthy ecosystems.

Locations:

• Morning: Kalamaki Beach & nearby trail (within the National Marine Park of Zakynthos)
